Just wanted to take a minute and let you guys know how much I appreciate the business relationship we have had over the past 4 years. It is amazing how time flies! We have grown to over 40 units in that time, and Transtar has been a valuable partner during our growth period and I am looking forward to many more units in the near future.
We have been working with Michael Tran and Transtar POS since coming into the Quick Service Restaurant industry in 2006. We initially chose Transtar when in the process of upgrading POS in the existing units that we first acquired. We made the choice because not only did Transtar offer the most cost effective solution, but it was clear from the beginning that we would have a significant amount of attention from the principal in the company. Our relationship has grown from there. Transtar has not been just a POS provider. They have played a consultative role in helping us to build information systems that insure that we have the information that we need on a daily basis to effectively manage our business. In addition to introducing us to, and integrating us with QSROnline, a “software as a service” provider that provides back of the house information consolidation, streamlining and management, they provided and installed our camera systems and provided the services resulting in our being PCI Compliant. Throughout all of this, they have been available and responsive when there have been issues and we consider them a primary partner as we continue our quest to grow our company.
I just wanted to take a moment a write to you and tell you how pleased we have been with our choice to go with the Dinnerware POS system. As is the case with any POS system we have had some operational challenges but we have been very pleased with all of the efforts you have taken to solve and resolve all of those issues. We have also been very pleased with the stability of the system. I have had a great deal of experience with many POS systems and they all inevitably have glitches that occur but I have been very pleased with the overall stability of the system. Transtar has been more than a vendor but a partner in the development of our technology platform. We have developed a relationship that does not stop at being a vendor of a POS platform but a partner to help us develop technology that helps us solve real world issues that come up from time to time.
