How do I qualify for the 20% off Credit Card Discount?
Switch to our preferred Credit Card vendor using Mercury or HarborTouch (formerly United Bank Card) and rates will be 20% off prorated depending on when you switch over!
How does the support contract work?
When you have Online Support with TranstarPOS, you can call us anytime to resolve an issue. If the issue can not be resolved, we might be required to be onsite. Our onsite rates for Online support is 125 for the first hour, then $85 each additional hour, maximum of 3 hours.
If you did not have any support contract, your rate would be $300 for the first hour and $200 for each additional hour. We do not guarantee any work performed, either!
My Hardware is under warranty. Why do I have to pay $150?
If you require us to handle the RMA process for you, we have to charge $150. This includes us picking up the product, contact the vendor on your behalf, replace you with a loaner, shipping to the vendor, and install onsite. We require payment upfront before any RMA can begin.
